Most of our small group tours use high quality hotels at the Egyptian 5-star level in Cairo, Aswan, Luxor and Hurghada, all with swimming pools and a choice of restaurants and bars. Our private/tailor-made tour itineraries use a wider mix of hotels, from comfortable mid-range hotels at the 2-4 star level (generally the best available in some of the less visited places included in the particular itinerary) up to some of the very best deluxe 5-star properties in the country.

Itinerary
Day 1 :Arrive into Cairo, transfer to hotel
When you arrive at the airport, one of our guides will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in Egypt’s capital city of Cairo, close to the Great Pyramids. You’ll have some time to settle in, before your guide runs through the itinerary with you and the rest of the group.
Day 2 : Cairo, Pyramids, Sphinx & Egyptian Museum
- This morning our local team will give a pre-tour briefing, introduce you to your Egyptologist guide, and explain the arrangements for the next few days. Your tour of Egypt then begins with a trip to the world famous Pyramids and Sphinx at Gisa.
- One of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the Pyramids has long attracted travelers from all over the world. we next take you on a tour of the Egyptian Museum, home to the famous Tutankhamun exhibition with his priceless golden mask.
- We end the day with a tour of old Cairo, including Citadel of Saladdin and its Alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali, El Muallaqa, the Hanging Church, and St Sergius — said to be a resting-place of the Holy Family.
Day 3 :Cairo to Hurghada
- After breakfast this morning we drive to the Red Sea resort of Hurghada where you will have plenty of time to relax and unwind.
- There is plenty on offer, whether it’s optional camel riding excursions into the nearby desert, quad biking, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing or just soaking up the sun on the miles of sandy beach, the choice is yours.
Day 4 :Hurghada
The next two days are completely free for you to enjoy Hurghada. Any optional excursions can be book through your tour leader who will always be on hand to help.
Day 5 :Hurghada
Another free day in Hurghada.
Day 6 :Hurghada to Cairo
We drive back into Cairo today and the rest of the day is free for you to enjoy at your leisure, do some more last minute shopping, or to visit more of Cairo’s sites and its bustling bazaars.
Day 7 :Cairo, free time then departure transfer to the airport
You check out of the hotel this morning and we transfer you to the airport in time for your departure flight home.
